Fulfillment Policy
You will be sent an invoice be the email you have registeded with our site at the end of every month. This bill is calculated based off the number of reports you have ran on our AI system.
Please allow one week after the beinging of the month to recive our email contianing the invoice. If you haven't received anything from us, make sure to check your Junk, Spam or Bulk Mail folder(s) to make sure it wasn't inadvertently kept out of your inbox. Using our services You agree that you are paying to use our services. Each time you use our sevice you are subject to pay for that in the monthly invoice that we send you. You may not cancel a service use after it has already been processed. All uses of our services are subject to our acceptance, and we will not be obligated to allow use of our services unless and until we accept it. All services are subject to product availability, and we may, in our sole discretion, choose to limit, cancel, refrain from providing our service, or prohibit our service for any reason.
This may occur, for example, if the service has been mispriced, if we suspect the use of our service is fraudulent, or in other circumstances we deem appropriate in our sole discretion. We also reserve the right to take steps to verify your identity before accepting or allowing you to use our service. If you are accepted to use our services, we will send you a confirmation email with accounts details, and basic usage of our services.
Our acceptance of you continuing to use our services is dependant on the monthly invoice that are email to you on time. If we can not provide you with our services, or there is scheduled downtime in our services we will notify you using the information that you have provided when creating an account with us. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the offering of any service through the Boffmans at any time, in our sole discretion.
Prices
All prices quoted by a Boffmans employee are subject to change. We cannot offer guarantees against pricing errors and are not responsible for typographical or other pricing errors. If an error occurs, we will inform you using the information you provide when creating an account with use, and you will have 5 business days before the new change in prices take effect. The new price change will not effect any uses of our service until five business days after the email we send out. We reserve the right to cancel any access to your service arising from a pricing error. Prices on Boffmans are shown in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Promotional Offers and Discounts.
From time to time, we may offer special promotional offers and/or discounts that may apply to uses through BOffmans. You agree to be bound by any additional terms and conditions that apply with respect to any such special promotional offers or discounts. Promotional offers or discounts may be offered on a time-limited basis. Some products may be excluded from promotional offers or discounts. Such exclusions may be noted on the applicable product detail page.
Payment.
You agree to pay in full the prices for any uses of our service you make by the means available on the Boffmans. We may process payments through third-party service providers, which may post operating rules related to payment on their respective websites and change such rules from time to time. By using our services, you authorize us and our third-party service providers to charge your selected payment method for all amounts presented to you in the checkout and purchase process. You represent and warrant that (a) the payment information (including any credit or debit card information) you supply to us is true, correct, and complete; (b) you are duly authorized to use such payment method for the purchase; (c) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit or debit card company (if applicable); and (d) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes. If payment is not received by us from your credit or debit card issuer or its agents, you agree to pay all amounts due promptly upon our first demand.
Tax.
Applicable taxes will be added to your invoice total. Applicable taxes will be stated in your invoice. Unless exempted by law, purchasers will be required to pay the combined Texas State and local sales tax, any applicable sales and use tax of their home state, and any other applicable tax on the total invoice price. Texas sales tax is charged on the posted price and any other applicable charges on the use of our service regardless of the state or country in which the purchaser resides or does business. Acceptance of using our Service. Any individual(s) using our services is presumed to be authorized to use our services on behalf of their company. In cases in which you have designated multiple users, each person shall be subject to the same Terms and Conditions that would apply had you used our service.
